అమెరికాకు చెందిన టెక్ కంపెనీ ‘ఫ్రంట్డెస్క్’ సీఈవో.. కేవలం రెండు నిమిషాల గూగుల్మీట్ కాల్తో కంపెనీలోని మొత్తం 200మంది ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించారు.దివాలా తీసిన కంపెనీగా ముద్ర పడకుండా కంపెనీ యాజమాన్యం ఈ చర్యను చేపట్టినట్టు తెలిసింది.

లేఆఫ్-ట్రాకింగ్ వెబ్సైట్ Layoffs.fyi డేటా ప్రకారం, 122 టెక్ కంపెనీలు 31, 751 మంది ఉద్యోగులను (ఫిబ్రవరి 3 నాటికి) రోడ్డు మీదకు పంపాయి. స్టార్టప్లతో సహా టెక్ కంపెనీలు ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా 2022 మరియు 2023లో 425,000 కంటే ఎక్కువ మంది ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించాయి, అదే సమయంలో భారతదేశంలో 36,000 కంటే ఎక్కువ మంది ఉద్యోగులు తొలగించబడ్డారు.
