హమాస్ మిలిటెంట్లను ఏరివేతే లక్ష్యంగా గాజాపై ఇజ్రాయెల్ దాడులు కొనసాగిస్తూనే ఉన్నది.మూడున్నర నెలలుగా సాగుతున్న యుద్ధంలో ఇప్పటివరకు 25 వేల మందికిపైగా పాలస్తీనియన్లు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. 62 వేల మందికిపైగా గాయపడ్డారు. మృతుల్లో మూడింట రెండొంతుల మంది మహిళలు, మైనర్లు ఉన్నారు. గత 24 గంటల వ్యవధిలో 178 మంది మరణించగా.. 300 మంది తీవ్ర గాయాలపాలైనట్లు గాజా ఆరోగ్య విభాగం అధికార ప్రతినిధి అష్రాఫ్ అల్-కిద్రా పేర్కొన్నారు. చనిపోయిన వారిలో హమాస్ మిలిటెంట్లు, సాధారణ పౌరులు ఎంత మంది ఉన్నారనే విషయాన్ని వెల్లడించలేదు.
కాగా ఇజ్రాయెల్పై హమాస్ ఉగ్రవాదులు గత ఏడాది అక్టోబరు 7న విరుచుకుపడిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఈ దాడుల్లో దాదాపు 1,200 మంది ఇజ్రాయెలీయులు మరణించారు. దీనికి ప్రతీకారంగా గాజాపై ఇజ్రాయెల్ దాడులు చేస్తున్నది.
