Russia-Ukraine War: యుద్ధం ఆపాలని నిరసన తెలిపినందుకు మహిళకు 15 ఏళ్లు జైలు శిక్ష, 14 గంటల పాటు పోలీసులు విచారించినట్లు తెలిపిన బాధితురాలు

రష్యా తన యుద్ధం ఆపాలంటూ రష్యా టీవీ లైవ్‌ షోలో నిరసన తెలిపిన మహిళా జర్నలిస్ట్‌కు దాదాపు 15 ఏళ్లు జైలు శిక్ష విధించే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. మాస్కోలోని ఛానల్‌1లో పనిచేస్తున్న మెరీనా ఓవ్స్యానికోవా యుద్ధం ఆపాలని ప్లకార్డుతో రష్యాకు వ్యతిరేకంగా నిరసన తెలిపిన వెంటనే పోలీసులు ఆమెను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. పోలీసుల అదుపులో ఉన్న మెరీనా అనంతరం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. దీనికి సంబంధించిన వీడియోను న్యూయార్క్‌ టైమ్స్‌ ట్విటర్‌లో పోస్టు చేసింది.

ఇందులో సదరు ఉద్యోగి ఉక్రెయిన్‌ రష్యా యుద్ధం మొదలైనప్పటి నుంచి తను చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలను వెల్లడించింది. ఆమె మాట్లాడుతూ.. తనను 14 గంటలపాటు పోలీసులు విచారించినట్లు తెలిపింది. తన కుటుంబాన్ని కలిసేందుకు కూడా అనుమతి ఇవ్వలేదని తెలిపింది. ‌అంతేగాక ఘటన తర్వాత పోలీసు కస్టడీలో ఉన్నప్పుడు న్యాయ సహాయం కూడా అందలేదని వాపోయింది.
