ఫ్రాన్స్ ప్రభుత్వం తమ దేశంలోని యువతరం కోసం ఉచితంగా కండోమ్ లు ఇవ్వాలని సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఆ దేశంలోని 18 నుంచి 25 ఏండ్ల లోపు యువతకు 2023 జనవరి నుంచి ఉచితంగా కండోమ్లు అందించనున్నట్టు ప్రకటించింది.దేశంలోని అన్ని ఫార్మసీల ద్వారా యువత ఉచిత కండోమ్లను తీసుకోవచ్చని ఫ్రాన్స్ సర్కారు వెల్లడించింది. ఈ మేరకు ఫ్రాన్స్ అధ్యక్షుడు ఇమ్మాన్యుయేల్ మాక్రాన్ స్వయంగా ప్రకటన చేశారు.
ఆ దేశంలో అవాంఛిత గర్భధారణలు పెరిగిపోయాయి. అదేవిధంగా ఫ్రాన్స్లో జనాభా నియంత్రణ కూడా గాడి తప్పింది. వీటికి తోడు లైంగికపరమైన సాంక్రమిక వ్యాధులు కూడా విపరీతంగా పెరిగిపోతున్నాయి. ఈ సమస్యలన్నింటికి శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం కోసం ఫ్రాన్స్ ప్రభుత్వం ఆలోచన చేసింది. ఆ ఆలోచనల ఫలితంగానే దేశంలో యువతకు ఉచితంగా కండోమ్లను అందించాలనే నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చిందని ఫ్రాన్స్ అధ్యక్షుడు మాక్రాన్ ప్రకటన చేశారు.
