టాటా గ్రూప్ లో కూడా ఉద్యోగుల కోత కొనసాగుతున్నది. బ్రిటన్‌ లోని సౌత్‌ వేల్స్‌, పోర్ట్‌ టాల్బోట్‌ ప్లాంట్‌ బ్లాస్ట్‌ ఫర్నేస్‌ లను మూసివేయాలని టాటా స్టీల్‌ నిర్ణయించింది. దీంతో దాదాపు 2,800 మంది ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోబోతున్నారు.
London, Jan 20: టాటా గ్రూప్ (TATA Group) లో కూడా ఉద్యోగుల కోత (Layoffs) కొనసాగుతున్నది. బ్రిటన్‌ లోని (Britain) సౌత్‌ వేల్స్‌, పోర్ట్‌ టాల్బోట్‌ ప్లాంట్‌ బ్లాస్ట్‌ ఫర్నేస్‌ లను మూసివేయాలని టాటా స్టీల్‌ నిర్ణయించింది. దీంతో దాదాపు 2,800 మంది ఉద్యోగాలు కోల్పోబోతున్నారు. రానున్న 18 నెలల్లో 2,500 మందిని తొలగిస్తామని, మిగిలిన వారిని రానున్న మూడేళ్లలో తొలగిస్తామని ఆ సంస్థ తెలిపింది. దీని కోసం అవసరమైన చట్టపరమైన సంప్రదింపులను ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు తెలిపింది.
