ఢిల్లీ సీఎం అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్‌కు రౌస్‌ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. రూ.లక్ష పూచీకత్తుపై ప్రత్యేక న్యాయమూర్తి బెయిల్‌ను మంజూరు చేశారు. కేజ్రీవాల్‌ దాఖలు చేసిన బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వెకేషన్‌ న్యాయమూర్తి బిందు గురువారం విచారణ జరిపారు.
ఢిల్లీ సీఎం అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్‌కు రౌస్‌ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. రూ.లక్ష పూచీకత్తుపై ప్రత్యేక న్యాయమూర్తి బెయిల్‌ను మంజూరు చేశారు. కేజ్రీవాల్‌ దాఖలు చేసిన బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వెకేషన్‌ న్యాయమూర్తి బిందు గురువారం విచారణ జరిపారు. బెయిల్‌పై తీర్పును రిజర్వ్‌ చేసిన న్యాయమూర్తి బెయిల్‌ను మంజూరు చేస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు. కేజ్రీవాల్‌ శుక్రవారం విడుదలయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.
ఆర్డర్‌పై 48గంటల పాటు స్టే విధించాలని ఈడీ కోరగా.. కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు మార్చి 21న కేజ్రీవాల్‌ను మద్యం పాలసీ కేసులో ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్‌ డైరెక్టరేట్‌ (ED) అరెస్టు చేసింది. సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల నేపథ్యంలో ఆయన సుప్రీంకోర్టు మధ్యంతర బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. తిరిగి ఆయన జూన్‌ 2న తిహార్‌ జైలులో లొంగిపోయారు.
