Justice UU Lalit: సుప్రీంకోర్టు తదుపరి చీఫ్ జస్టిస్గా యుయు లలిత్, సిఫారసు చేస్తూ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాసిన చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణ
సుప్రీంకోర్టు తదుపరి చీఫ్ జస్టిస్గా యుయు లలిత్ పేరును చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణ సిఫారసు చేశారు.ఎన్వీ రమణ ఇవాళ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాశారు. రికమండేషన్ లెటర్ను కూడా జస్టిస్ లలిత్కు సీజేఐ రమణ అందజేశారు.
సుప్రీంకోర్టు తదుపరి చీఫ్ జస్టిస్గా యుయు లలిత్ పేరును చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణ సిఫారసు చేశారు.ఎన్వీ రమణ ఇవాళ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాశారు. రికమండేషన్ లెటర్ను కూడా జస్టిస్ లలిత్కు సీజేఐ రమణ అందజేశారు. కేంద్ర న్యాయశాఖ మంత్రి కిరణ్ రిజిజు నుంచి బుధవారం రాత్రి సీజేఐ సెక్రటేరియేట్కు ఫోన్ కాల్ వెళ్లింది. తదుపరి సీజేఐ పేరును ప్రతిపాదించాలని మంత్రి రిజుజు ఎన్వీ రమణను కోరారు. చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ఎన్వీ రమణ పదవీకాలం ఆగస్టు 26వ తేదీన ముగియనున్నది. ఆ తర్వాత జస్టిస్ లలిత్ బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరిస్తారు. అయితే చాలా తక్కువ కాలమే జస్టిస్ లలిత్ ఆ పదవిలో ఉండనున్నారు. ఆయన నవంబర్ 8వ తేదీన రిటైర్ అవుతారు. జస్టిస్ లలిత్ తర్వాత జస్టిస్ డీవై చంద్రచూడ్ సీజే అయ్యే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి. అయితే చంద్రచూడ్ మాత్రం రెండేళ్లు సీజేఐగా చేసే ఛాన్సు ఉంది.
