లెహ్, లడఖ్ ప్రాంతలో భారీ భూకంపం సంభవించింది. ప్రజలు మంగళవారం తెల్లవారుజామున ఒక్కసారిగా భూమికంపించడంతో ఉలిక్కిపడ్డారు. రిక్టర్ స్కేలుపై భూకంప తీవ్రత 4.5గా నమోదయింది. జనాలు గాఢనిద్రలో ఉన్న తెల్లవారుజామున 4.30 గంటల సమయంలో భూప్రకంపనలు సంభవించాయి

కొండ ప్రాంతాల్లో ప్రకంపనలు వచ్చాయని, లెహ్, లడఖ్లో భూమికి 5 కిలోమీటర్ల లోతులో భూకంప కేంద్రాన్ని గుర్తించినట్టు నేషనల్ సెంటర్ ఫర్ సిస్మాలజీ ప్రకటించింది. ఈ మేరకు ‘ఎక్స్’ వేదికగా వివరాలు వెల్లడించింది.
