Elections 2022: ఈసీ సంచలన నిర్ణయం, హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్, గుజరాత్లలో ఎగ్జిట్పోల్ అంచనాలపై ప్రచురణ నిషేధం, రేపటి నుంచి మొదలు కానున్న ఎన్నికల వేడి
భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం(Election Commission) కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్, గుజరాత్లలో ఎగ్జిట్పోల్ అంచనాల ప్రసారం,(Exit Poll Projections) ప్రచురణను నిరోధించేలా భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం (ఈసీఐ) నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేసింది.హిమాచల్లో నవంబర్ 12వతేదీన, గుజరాత్లో డిసెంబర్ 1, 8 తేదీల్లో రెండు దశల్లో పోలింగ్ జరగనుంది.
భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం(Election Commission) కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్, గుజరాత్లలో ఎగ్జిట్పోల్ అంచనాల ప్రసారం,(Exit Poll Projections) ప్రచురణను నిరోధించేలా భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం (ఈసీఐ) నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేసింది.హిమాచల్లో నవంబర్ 12వతేదీన, గుజరాత్లో డిసెంబర్ 1, 8 తేదీల్లో రెండు దశల్లో పోలింగ్ జరగనుంది. నవంబర్ 12వ తేదీ ఉదయం 8 గంటల నుంచి డిసెంబర్ 5వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు ప్రింట్, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ మీడియాలో ఎగ్జిట్ పోల్ అంచనాలను ప్రచురించడాన్ని నిషేధిస్తూ పోల్ ప్యానెల్ నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేసింది.రజా ప్రాతినిధ్య చట్టం 1951లోని సెక్షన్ 126Aలోని సబ్-సెక్షన్ (ఎల్) కింద ఉన్న అధికారాల ప్రకారం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. రెండు రాష్ట్రాల ఓట్ల లెక్కింపు డిసెంబర్ 8న జరగనుంది.
