బాంబే హైకోర్టు తీర్పు ప్రకారం, పార్టీలు ఎటువంటి సాక్ష్యాలను అందించనప్పుడు లేదా ఒకరిపై మరొకరు తమ ఆరోపణలను ఉపసంహరించుకోనప్పుడు, వివాహం పార్టీల హృదయాలు, మనస్సులలో చెదిరిపోయిందని భావించినప్పుడు కుటుంబ న్యాయస్థానం విడాకులు మంజూరు చేయరాదని బాంబై హైకోర్టు తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది. పూర్తి ఆధారాలు ఉంటేనే విడాకులు మంజూరు చేయాలని కోర్టు అభిప్రాయపడింది.
