వివాదాస్పద మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు బిల్లు (వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల ఉపసంహరణ చట్టం, 2021)కు రాష్ట్రపతి రామ్నాథ్ కోవింద్ బుధవారం ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. ఈ మేరకు గెజిట్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. దీంతో మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయ్యింది.
వివాదాస్పద మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు బిల్లు (వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల ఉపసంహరణ చట్టం, 2021)కు రాష్ట్రపతి రామ్నాథ్ కోవింద్ బుధవారం ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. ఈ మేరకు గెజిట్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. దీంతో మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయ్యింది. మూడు వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల ఉపసంహరణ బిల్లుకు కేంద్ర మంత్రివర్గం ఇటీవల ఆమోదించింది. నవంబర్ 29 నుంచి ప్రారంభమైన పార్లమెంట్ శీతాకాల సమావేశాల తొలి రోజునే ఈ బిల్లును రికార్డు సమయంలో ఉభయ సభల్లో ప్రవేశపెట్టి ఆమోదింపజేశారు.
ప్రతిపక్షాలు చర్చకు డిమాండ్ చేసినప్పటికీ లోక్సభలో కేవలం నాలుగు నిమిషాల్లో ఈ బిల్లు ఆమోదం పొందింది. రాజ్యసభలో స్వల్ప చర్చ అనంతరం ఈ బిల్లును ఆమోదించారు. రాష్ట్రపతి రామ్నాథ్ కోవింద్ కూడా వ్యవసాయ చట్టాల రద్దు బిల్లుపై బుధవారం సంతకం చేశారు.
