"ఏదైనా నియంతృత్వ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి, నియంతృత్వ చట్టాలను రూపొందించి ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకులను కటకటాల వెనక్కి నెట్టివేస్తే, ఈ దేశ రాజ్యాంగం బాధితులకు రక్షణ కల్పిస్తుంది" అని ఆయన నొక్కి చెప్పారు. రాజ్యాంగ పరిరక్షణలో అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్కు కూడా విముక్తి లభిస్తుందని ఆయన హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
