ఒడిశా ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన కొత్త మార్గదర్శకాలు జనవరి 7 ఉదయం 5 గంటల నుండి ఫిబ్రవరి 1 ఉదయం 5 గంటల వరకు అమలులోకి వస్తాయి. ఈ మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారం 12వ తరగతి వరకు పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలు మూసివేయబడతాయి. 10, 12 తరగతులకు ఆన్‌లైన్ తరగతులు కొనసాగుతాయి. దుకాణాలు ప్రతిరోజూ ఉదయం 5 గంటల నుండి రాత్రి 9 గంటల వరకు పనిచేస్తాయి. మార్కెట్లు/సినిమా హాళ్లు రాత్రి 9 గంటలకు మూసివేయబడతాయి
