జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ రిజర్వేషన్ (సవరణ) బిల్లు-2023, జమ్ము కశ్మీర్ పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణ బిల్లు-2023పై పార్లమెంట్‌లో కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా ప్రసంగించారు.HM మాట్లాడుతూ..దేశంలో 1980 దశకంలో ఉగ్రవాదం పెరిగిందని కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా చెప్పారు. దేశంలో ఓ భాగాన్ని ఆక్రమించుకుని అక్కడి ప్రజలను నిరాశ్రయుల్ని చేశారని మండిపడ్డారు.

కశ్మీరీ పండిట్‌లు తమ సొంత దేశంలో శరణార్ధులుగా బతికారని దుయ్యబట్టారు. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న లెక్కల ప్రకారం 46,631 కుటుంబాలు, 1,57,968 మంది తమ సొంత స్థలాలను వదిలి వచ్చారని తెలిపారు. ప్రస్తుత బిల్లులతో వారందరికి హక్కులు కల్పించబడతాయని చెప్పారు. పీఓకే భారత్‌లో అంతర్భాగమేనని ప్రకటించారు.అన్యాయం జరిగిన వారికి న్యాయం చేకూర్చడానికి మాత్రమే ఈ బిల్లులను తీసుకువచ్చినట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు. అణగారిని వారిని పైకి తీసుకురావడమే రాజ్యాంగ మూల సూత్రమని పేర్కొన్నారు. పీఓకే ఎప్పటికీ భారత్‌దే, పాక్ ఆక్రమిత కశ్మీర్‌పై కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్ షా కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు, పాక్ ఇంచు కూడా తీసుకోలేదని వెల్లడి
