కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ జాతీయ అధ్యక్ష పదవి ఎన్నికల్లో పార్టీ అధ్యక్ష పదవి పోటీ నుంచి రాజస్థాన్ సీఎం అశోక్ గహ్లోత్ తప్పుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. రాజస్థాన్లో జరిగిన రాజకీయ పరిణామాలతో తను పోటీ నుంచి వైదొలుగుతున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ జాతీయ అధ్యక్ష పదవి ఎన్నికల్లో పార్టీ అధ్యక్ష పదవి పోటీ నుంచి రాజస్థాన్ సీఎం అశోక్ గహ్లోత్ తప్పుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. రాజస్థాన్లో జరిగిన రాజకీయ పరిణామాలతో తను పోటీ నుంచి వైదొలుగుతున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. ఈ మేరకు అశోక్ గహ్లోత్ గురువారం సోనిమా గాంధీని ఆమె నివాసంలో కలిశారు. అనంతరం ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాజస్థాన్ ఎమ్మెల్యేల వ్యవహారంపై సోనియాకు క్షమాపణలు తెలియజేసినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. అంతేగాక కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్ష ఎన్నికల్లో శశిథరూర్, దిగ్విజయ్ సింగ్ మధ్యే పోటీ ఉండనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.రాజస్థాన్ రాజకీయ సంక్షోభంతో ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేయకూడదని నిర్ణయించుకున్నానని తెలిపారు.
