Court Order: నిరుద్యోగ భర్తకు భరణం చెల్లించాలి.. భార్యకు ఇండోర్ కోర్టు ఆదేశాలు
నిరుద్యోగి అయిన భర్తకు భార్య నెలకు రూ.5,000 చొప్పున భరణం చెల్లించాలని ఇండోర్ లోని కుటుంబ న్యాయస్థానం కీలక తీర్పు వెల్లడించింది. వ్యాజ్య ఖర్చులను కూడా భరించాలని ఆమెకు స్పష్టంచేసింది.
Newdelhi, Feb 23: నిరుద్యోగి (Un Employee) అయిన భర్తకు (Husband) భార్య నెలకు రూ.5,000 చొప్పున భరణం చెల్లించాలని ఇండోర్ లోని కుటుంబ న్యాయస్థానం కీలక తీర్పు వెల్లడించింది. వ్యాజ్య ఖర్చులను కూడా భరించాలని ఆమెకు స్పష్టంచేసింది. ఆమె ఓ బ్యూటీ పార్లర్ కు యజమానురాలు కావడంతో ఈ తీర్పు చెప్పింది. ఆమె మానసికంగా, శారీరకంగా హింసకు గురిచేయడంతో 12వ తరగతి తర్వాత తన క్లయింట్ పై చదువులు చదువుకోలేకపోయాడని భర్త తరఫు న్యాయవాది తెలిపారు. దీంతో కోర్టు ఈ మేరకు తీర్పు వెల్లడించింది.
