Newdelhi, March 14: లైంగికపరమైన ఉద్దేశం ఏమీ లేకుండా మైనర్ బాలిక వెనక, తలను నిమిరినంత మాత్రానా దాన్ని తప్పుగా భావించలేమని బాంబే హైకోర్టుకు చెందిన నాగపూర్ బెంచ్ పేర్కొంది. ఈ చర్యలు బాలిక గౌరవానికి భంగం కలిగించినట్టు పరిగణించలేమని వెల్లడించింది. 2012లో 21 ఏండ్ల యువకుడు 12 ఏండ్ల బాలిక వెనక, తలను నిమురుతూ చాలా పెద్దదానివి అయ్యావు అని కామెంట్ చేశాడు. ఆ కేసు విచారణను చేపట్టిన బెంచ్ ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది.
