Newdelhi, Dec 19: అత్యాచారానికి (Rape) ఎవరు పాల్పడినా అది అత్యాచారమే అవుతుందని, భర్త (Husband) తన భార్యపై (Wife)ఈ దుశ్చర్యకు పాల్పడినప్పటికీ అది అత్యాచారమేనని గుజరాత్ హైకోర్టు (Gujarat HighCourt) స్పష్టం చేసింది. డబ్బు కోసం అశ్లీల వెబ్సైట్లలో వీడియోలను పోస్టు చేసేందుకు కోడలి పట్ల క్రూరంగా వ్యవహరించడమే కాకుండా భర్త, కుమారుడితో ఆమెపై అత్యాచారం జరిపించిన ఓ అత్త కేసులో రెగ్యులర్ బెయిల్ నిరాకరిస్తూ కోర్టు ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది.
