తెలంగాణలోని జయశంకర్ - భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లాలో 24 గంటల సమయంలో రికార్డు స్థాయిలో 600mm+ వర్షపాతం తర్వాత మోరంచపల్లె గ్రామంలో తీవ్ర వరద పరిస్థితి వీడియో ఇది. భూపాలపల్లి-పరకాల ప్రధాన రహదారిపై మోరంచ వద్ద సుమారు 15 అడుగుల ఎత్తులో నీరు ప్రవహిస్తోంది.
తెలంగాణలో రెండు మూడురోజులుగా కురుస్తున్న జడివానకు జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లాలోని మోరంచపల్లి జలదిగ్బంధంలో చిక్కుకుపోయింది. గ్రామ శివారులో ఉన్న వాగులోకి భారీగా వరద చేరడంతో గ్రామంలోకి ముంచెత్తింది. దీంతో ఇండ్లన్నీ నీటమునిగాయి. సమాచారం అందుకున్న అధికారులు గ్రామస్తులను రక్షించేందుకు సహాయక చర్యలు చేపట్టారు.
సహాయక బృందాలు గ్రామానికి చేరుకొని దాదాపు 200 మంది వరకు ప్రజలను సురక్షితంగా కాపాడారు. ముంపు ప్రాంతం నుంచి ప్రజలను సురక్షిత ప్రాంతానికి బోట్ల ద్వారా తరలించారు. అక్కడి నుంచి పునరావాస కేంద్రానికి ఎన్డీఆర్‌ఎఫ్‌ బృందాలు తరలించాయి.
