IBM Layoffs 2024: ఐబీఎం లేఆప్స్ షురూ, స్వచ్ఛందంగా రాజీనామా చేసే ఉద్యోగులు ముందుకు రావాలని కోరుతున్న టెక్ దిగ్గజం
టెక్ దిగ్గజం ఐబీఎం ఉద్యోగులకు షాకిచ్చే చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. దూసుకొస్తున్న ఆర్థిక మాంద్య భయాలతో ఉద్యోగుల సంఖ్యను కుదించాలని యోచిస్తోంది. ఇందులో భాగంగా స్వచ్ఛందంగా రాజీనామా చేయాలని భావించే ఉద్యోగులు ముందుకు రావాలని ఐబీఎం కోరుతోంది.

త నెలలో నాలుగో త్రైమాసిక ఎర్నింగ్స్ కాల్ సందర్భంగా స్వచ్ఛంద రాజీనామాల ప్రతిపాదనపై కంపెనీ సంకేతాలు పంపింది. లేఆఫ్స్తో తొలగించడం కంటే స్వచ్ఛందంగా తప్పుకునే ఉద్దేశం ఉన్న ఉద్యోగులను గుర్తించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఐబీఎం ఈ ప్రతిపాదనను ముందుకు తీసుకువచ్చింది. అయితే స్వచ్ఛంద రాజీనామాల పేరిట ఎంత మంది ఉద్యోగులను కంపెనీ టార్గెట్ చేసిందనే దానిపై ఇంకా సమాచారం లేదు. పేటీఎం బ్యాంకుకు కేంద్ర ఆర్ధిక శాఖ భారీ షాక్, మనీలాండరింగ్ నిబంధనలను ఉల్లంఘించినందుకు రూ.5.49 కోట్ల జరిమానా
