ఇండోనేషియా (Indonesia)లోని సులవేసి ద్వీపం (Sulawesi island)లో అక్రమంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్న బంగారు గని (Gold Mine)లో కొండచరియలు విరిగిపడ్డాయి (Landslide triggered). ఈ ఘటనలో సుమారు 11 మంది మృతి చెందారు. పలువురు గల్లంతయ్యారు.
ఇండోనేషియా (Indonesia)లోని సులవేసి ద్వీపం (Sulawesi island)లో అక్రమంగా నిర్వహిస్తున్న బంగారు గని (Gold Mine)లో కొండచరియలు విరిగిపడ్డాయి (Landslide triggered). ఈ ఘటనలో సుమారు 11 మంది మృతి చెందారు. పలువురు గల్లంతయ్యారు. గోరంటాలో ప్రావిన్స్లోని రిమోట్ బోన్ బొలాంగో జిల్లాలో కొందరు అక్రమంగా బంగారు గనిని నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. ఆదివారం సుమారు 35 మంది గ్రామస్థులు బంగారు గనిలో పనులు చేస్తున్నారు. ఆ సమయంలో భారీ వర్షాల కారణంగా కొండచరియలు ఒక్కసారిగా విరిగి గనిలో పనిచేస్తున్న వారిపై పడ్డాయి.
ఈ ఘటనలో 11 మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయినట్లు గోరంటాలో సెర్చ్ అండ్ రెస్క్యూ ఏజెన్సీ ప్రతినిధి అఫిఫుద్దీన్ ఇలాహుడే తెలిపారు. ఆదివారం ఐదుగురు వ్యక్తులను కాపాడినట్లు చెప్పారు. మొత్తం 11 మంది మృతదేహాలను సోమవారం గని నుంచి వెలికితీసినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ ఘటనలో సుమారు 19 మంది గల్లంతయ్యారని.. వారి కోసం గాలింపు చర్యలు చేపట్టినట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
