సికింద్రాబాద్లోని స్టేషన్ కమాండర్ తనకు గతంలో కేటాయించిన వసతికి సంబంధించి జారీ చేసిన తొలగింపు నోటీసును సవాల్ చేస్తూ ఆర్మీ కల్నల్ విడిపోయిన భార్య దాఖలు చేసిన రిట్ అప్పీల్పై ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి అలోక్ ఆరాధే, జస్టిస్ అనిల్ కుమార్ జుకంటితో కూడిన డివిజన్ బెంచ్ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.
