ది కేరళ స్టోరీ ( the kerala story) మూవీని పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ ప్రభుత్వం సోమవారం నిషేధించింది. రాష్ట్రంలో శాంతిభద్రతల పర్యవేక్షణ, విద్వేష నేరాలు, హింస ప్రజ్వరిల్లకుండా ఉండేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుందని సీఎం మమతా బెనర్జీ ప్రకటించారు. మే 5న కేరళ స్టోరీ విడుదలయింది.తమిళనాడులోనూ ఈ మూవీ స్క్రీనింగ్ను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిలిపివేసింది. దీనిపై నిర్మాతలు కోర్టుకు వెళ్లనున్నారు
