మధ్య ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో గత రెండు నెలల్లో ట్రైన్ ఎస్ కోచ్ల నుంచి రూ. 4 లక్షల విలువైన దుప్పట్లు, బెడ్షీట్లు, దిండ్లు, ఇతర వస్తువులు చోరీకి గురయ్యాయని ప్రభుత్వ రైల్వే పోలీసు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. భోపాల్ నుంచి ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లే ఎక్స్ప్రెస్లలో ఇలాంటి చోరీలు జరిగాయని కొందరు అధికారులు తెలియజేసారు
Theft of blankets and sheets on trains: మధ్య ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో గత రెండు నెలల్లో ట్రైన్ ఎస్ కోచ్ల నుంచి రూ. 4 లక్షల విలువైన దుప్పట్లు, బెడ్షీట్లు, దిండ్లు, ఇతర వస్తువులు చోరీకి గురయ్యాయని ప్రభుత్వ రైల్వే పోలీసు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. భోపాల్ నుంచి ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లే ఎక్స్ప్రెస్లలో ఇలాంటి చోరీలు జరిగాయని కొందరు అధికారులు తెలియజేసారు.భోపాల్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్, రేవాంచల్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్, మహామన ఎక్స్ప్రెస్, హమ్సఫర్ ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ గమ్యస్థానానికి చేరుకోవడానికి సుమారు 12 గంటల కంటే ఎక్కువ సమయం పడుతుండటంతో ఇలాంటి దొంగతనాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి.
కేవలం గత రెండు నెలల్లో రైళ్లలో రూ.2.65 లక్షల విలువైన 1,503 బెడ్షీట్లు, రూ.1.9 లక్షల విలువైన 189 దుప్పట్లు, రూ.10 వేలకు పైగా విలువ చేసే 326 దిండ్లు చోరీకి గురైనట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇప్పటి వరకులు ఇలాంటి చర్యలకు పాల్పడే వ్యక్తులపై పెద్దగా చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదని.. చోరీలను ఆపడానికి కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని సంబంధిత అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. కాగా ఏసీ కోచ్ల ప్రయాణించే ప్రయాణికులకు దుప్పట్లు, దిండ్లు వంటి వస్తువులను రైల్వే శాఖ ఉచితంగానే అందిస్తుంది.
