Chhattisgarh Encounter: ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌లో భారీ ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌, అగ్రనేతతో సహా 18 మంది మావోయిస్టులు మృతి, ఎదురు కాల్పుల్లో ముగ్గురు జవాన్లకు తీవ్ర గాయాలు

ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌లోని కాంకేర్‌ జిల్లా మాడ్‌లో మావోయిస్టులకు, బీఎస్‌ఎఫ్‌ జవాన్లకు మధ్య జరిగిన ఎదురు కాల్పుల్లో 18 మంది మావోయిస్టులు మృతి చెందినట్లు జిల్లా సూపరింటెండెంట్‌ ఆఫ్‌ పోలీస్‌ (ఎస్పీ) కళ్యాణ్‌ ఎల్లిసెల తెలిపారు. ఎదురు కాల్పుల సందర్భంగా నాలుగు ఏకే 47 తుపాకులు, మూడు మెషీన్‌ గన్లు సహా మావోయిస్టులకు చెందిన ఆయుధాలను పెద్ద ఎత్తున స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నట్లు ఎస్పీ చెప్పారు.  ఎన్నికల వేళ ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌లో భారీ ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌, నలుగురు మావోయిస్టులు మృతి, పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో నక్సలైట్లకు గాయాలు

కాల్పుల్లో మృతి చెందిన వారిలో మావోయిస్టు అగ్రనేత శంకర్‌రావు ఉన్నారు.ఈయన మీద రూ.25 లక్షల రివార్డు ఉంది. ఎదురు కాల్పుల్లో ముగ్గురు జవాన్లకు తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌ కొనసాగుతున్నట్లు పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఈ ఆపరేషన్‌ను బీఎస్‌ఎఫ్‌ జవాన్లు, డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ రిజర్వు గార్డు(డీఆర్‌జీ) పోలీసులు సంయుక్తంగా చేపట్టారు.
