పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్: హౌరాలో 'రామ నవమి' ఊరేగింపు సందర్భంగా రచ్చ జరిగింది. వాహనాలను తగులబెట్టారు. సంఘటనా స్థలంలో పోలీసు సిబ్బంది ఉన్నారు. వాహనాలను తగులబెట్టిన వారిని చెదరొట్టారు. అక్కడ అవాంఛనీయ ఘటనలు చోటు చేసుకోకుండా పోలీసులు ఫ్లాగ్ మార్చ్ నిర్వహించారు.
