మయన్మార్లో వరదల ధాటికి.. వేల ఎకరాల్లో పంట నాశనమైంది. రాజధాని నేపిడావ్ ప్రాంతం తీవ్రంగా ప్రభావితమైంది. దాదాపు ఐదు లక్షల మంది ప్రజలు ఆహారం, తాగునీరు, సరైన ఆశ్రయం లేక అల్లాడుతున్నట్లు ఐరాస తెలిపింది. రహదారుల వంటి మౌలిక సౌకర్యాలు దెబ్బతినడంతో సహాయక చర్యలకు ఆటంకం కలుగుతోందని పేర్కొంది. వియత్నాం, థాయ్లాండ్, లావోస్లలోనూ యాగీ తుపాను విధ్వంసం సృష్టించింది. ఒక్క వియత్నాంలోనే 300 మందిని బలితీసుకుంది.
