భారత టెలికాం నియంత్రణ సంస్థ టెలికాం రెగ్యులేటరీ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (TRAI) Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtelకు చౌకైన రూ. 249 మొబైల్ రీఛార్జ్ ప్లాన్లను తొలగించడం పై వివరణాత్మక సమాచారం కోరినట్లు తాజాగా సమాచారం వెల్లడి అయింది. గత కొన్ని రోజులుగా జియో 28 రోజుల చెల్లుబాటు గల రూ. 249 ప్లాన్ను నిలిపివేసింది. అదే విధంగా ఎయిర్టెల్ కూడా 24 రోజుల చెల్లుబాటు గల రూ. 249 ప్లాన్ను మార్కెట్ నుంచి తొలగించింది. ఈ ప్లాన్లు 1GB డేటాతో అత్యంత చౌకైన ఎంట్రీ-లెవల్ ఆఫర్లు కావడం వల్ల వినియోగదారులలో విపరీత ఆదరణ పొందాయి.TRAI దీనిపై సమగ్ర దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించింది. అలాగే, టెలికాం విభాగం (DoT – Department of Telecommunications) కూడా TRAIకి వివరణాత్మక నివేదికను సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించింది.
ఇక ఈ ప్లాన్ Jio Store లో ఆఫ్లైన్ ఛానెల్స్ ద్వారా మాత్రమే అందుబాటులో ఉంటున్నాయని స్పష్టం Reliance Jio తెలిపింది. భారతి ఎయిర్టెల్ తన రీఛార్జ్ ప్లాన్ తొలగింపు కారణంగా, అంతర్గత అంచనాలు, వినియోగదారుల విశ్లేషణలు, వ్యాపార వ్యూహాలను సూచించింది. ఈ నిర్ణయాల వల్ల ప్రధానంగా డేటా వినియోగదారులకు, చౌకైన మొబైల్ ప్లాన్లు అన్వేషించే యూజర్లకు ప్రభావం పడుతుంది.
